Refund or Return will only be considered for items that are damaged during shipping.

Warranty

Tattoo machines are covered by 6 month repair warranty which is valid only for the original purchaser. In order to make a warranty claim you will need to present your warranty card which you received along with your machine. Your warranty will be void if the machine has been altered in anyway. Warranty only covers problems arising from normal use and will not cover damage caused by mishandling, dropping, misuse or modification of the machine in anyway.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If your machine arrives in damaged condition, send us an email at [email protected].
